WebFantasy Grounds probably has more features, but Foundry is better designed and catching up quickly. The user experience is better in Foundry, because it's more familiar. In Fantasy Grounds, every UI control is not quite standard, so it feels very clunky and difficult to use. Fantasy Grounds requires everyone to have a copy of the software ... WebFor PF2e most of the SRD content is in the compendiums in Foundry and is available for drag-and-drop in most places. You will miss some of the make-the-DM's-life-easy stuff that FG has (like encounter packages) and some other stuff. FGU also has some nice drawing tools Foundry doesn't, but IMO those are less important.

WebFoundry has a mod for almost everything, and 99% of mod creators update on the regular. It's also a cheaper one time purchase than a year's worth of Roll20 subscriptions (if you like dynamic lighting and more space) and definitely cheaper than Fantasy Grounds's one time purchase. That said, for free, you can't beat Roll20. WebFoundry does almost everything (that matters) better than FG much much better User Interface and User Experience.
