TPS sound like the culprit to me. Mine is fine after 2+ years, but I have heard over and over that the TPS is Chinese junk. If the TPS is reading the throttle input wrong, it will do exactly what you describe. The ECU thinks the engine is at a wider throttle and dumping too much fuel.
